SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

We strive to deliver products purchased from www.limafireworks.in, in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. 

1. All confirmed orders with receipt of 100% payment in advance, which we receive before Noon of each day are dispatched on the same day from our central godown in SIVAKASI to respective logistics assigned for respective destinations. 
2. Our logistics will issue an "LR Copy" against the receipt of goods from us. All the goods will be sent on a "Paid" basis, meaning the freight charges from SIVAKASI to your destination/ Pickup Point (For example say Chennai) will be paid by yourself before taking delivery of the goods.

3. The "LR COPY"  with details of logistic name, contact person, contact addresses, and contact phone number will be sent through WhatsApp/SMS. 
4. The goods will reach your destination as specified in the delivery chart based on the distance of your destination from SIVAKASI. 
5. Delivery or Transportation charges vary with each destination.

6. We do not take any return of goods.

Customers can request cancelation before the goods are dispatched from our warehouse to logistics.Refunds for canceled orders will be made in 10 working days through online mode.
